Sorry for the gross picture, does my chicken have worms? Is it round worms?

That might be tissue from the intestines or oviduct. It doesn’t appear to be a worm in my opinion. Does the chicken have any other symptoms? Has there been any issue with egg shells or coccidiosis? Here is a link with pictures of various worms:
