I have 6 baby chicks about 4 weeks old! My first time having chicks and I might mention I love them!!
Tonight I was out in the garage talking to them and noticed that 3 of them on there backs down by there tail feathers its raw, red almost like they have pulled feathers out or one of the others is pecking them?
It worries me not sure what to do?
One of the chicks "Audrey" is pretty agressive and bossy she seems to be fine so Im not sure if when we arent around if she is pecking at them??
    Please any suggestions??
    Thanks

Are you using a heat lamp? I read an article somewhere that using just a plain white heat bulb could trigger pecking. My chicks were pecking at each other and when I switched to a red bulb they stopped.
