Would like an opinion to hen or rooster and breed please 4 weeks old

I'd say cockerel, breed I'm a little unsure of. My first guess would be Leghorn, but looks a little bulky for a Leghorn and maybe a Plymouth Rock? Someone else can come along and correct me, or time itself will.

yup looks like u have a roo. I love Roosters there so colorful
I would say his tail featers give him away.

I'm going to be the weirdo on here that says pullet.

It does look like a leghorn but I would think if it were a little roo its comb/wattles would be big and red.

if it were a leghorn roo, you would see lots of red on the comb -- and it would be bigger (the comb). not saying it's not a roo, and i'm not saying it's not a leghorn. but it's not a leghorn roo, for sure.

at 4 weeks its still a bit young try posting pics when it is at least 6 weeks if not older. right now it looks like a roo

Yes, roo. It's standing like one and it's comb is too big to be a pullet.
