Would this be considered a Self Blue OEGB?

I read somewhere that it could be considered a Self Blue Brassy Back. Not sure if those exist, though. Does anyone else know what color he would be considered? Right now I have him with a porcelain hen. And what color will the offspring turn out as? Any help is greatly appreciated as I'm new to this.
Thanks!

I don't think that a Self Blue ( Lavender) OEGB would have light creamy colored feathers around their neck and saddle feathers, your little rooster looks more like a Porcelain OEGB roo than a Lavender. https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/393452/best-bantam-rooster-contest/20

So pairing with my porcelain hen is a good thing, I guess! Thank you very much for responding.
