Would you let the economy play a role in deciding to have another baby

if food stamps, gov ass, medicade is needed then no i would NEVER put a child through that, my husband is in corrections and i am a stay home mom, (my grandmother left me a inheradence to live comfy for the next few years) we live on a small farm. our neighbour on the other hand is expecting her 4th, is on food stamps and medicade and always is asking to borrow money to feed her kids......plus 2 horses.......
