Wow! Rheas in the snow... Cool pics!

It started snowing a few days ago here and has been pretty constant. I was always told that rheas were hardy and didn't mind too much but here is the proof:

This was on Friday: Ankle deep

This was Saturday: Knee deep

And this is today: Butt deep!

It's still snowing now, so tune in tomorrow to see them up to their necks in it!

Just looked again - it's a good thing they sink in the snow, otherwise they'd be stepping over the fence!
