I found this wrinkly egg this afternoon and one from earlier today that was so small to what my girls normally lay covered in hard little bumps.

How old are your chickens? It seems that both younger and older layers can get glitches in the production line. The wrinkly, soft-shelled and shell-less eggs tend to come from older chickens in my experience. Big double-yolkers and small bantam-sized eggs are what I usually get from the young ones just starting to lay. (The other day DH cracked open a little pullet egg that was a double-yolker. They are the cutest little eggs!)
