Wry Neck- 5 week old polish

I have a 5 week old polish who has what I think is wry neck. It’s neck goes 180° and is completely limp if I’m not helping hold it. He seems to gain strength at times to right it then lets it go again. I found him with it at 5pm tonight.

We started vitamin e capsules mixed into raw whites of eggs at 530 and another round at 830. I have been syringe feeding about 20ml each time. My question is- how much should I be feeding him? How do I know when he’s done? Same for water. How much and when do I know when he’s done? I do plan to do this every 3 hours round the clock as well. ANY ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

I'd make sure he's getting all of the 400IU Vitamin E and add 1/4 tablet B-Complex too.
