Wry neck help

Is there anything I can do to help a hen with wrys neck, this is our first. She is a broody buff Orpington. We separated her into the sick coop is this best for her? Thanks in advance

Do you have photos of her?

Can she eat/drink on her own?
I would give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 B-Complex daily along with a little scrambled egg for the uptake of E.
