WTB: Brown egg pullet chick(s) in Northern California

Located in the SF Bay Area (south bay).

I am looking to get a few (2-6) brown egg layers, organic if possible. I was thinking of adopting Easter castaways, but can't seem to find any. Or at least, local shelters don't list them.

Does anyone know where I can get some locally for a reasonable price without shipping? We don't have many feed stores around, and the place that I used to go to closed down. I am not too picky on breed, and if it's an Easter castaway, I don't think I should be too picky on egg color either.

If you are willing to drive I am about 3 hours north of you. I just sold out yesterday but I am putting a Australorp hatch in this next week.
