They look like EE's to me. The first one looks a little rooish to me.

First one is an EE definitely a pullet. The second could be a BSL or a Austrolorp. I would say girl also.

What throws me off about the first one is that they came from Mcmurry, the EE's I got from them look totally different then that one making me wonder if she's a hatchery quality something else.

I think both are BSL. I've seen BSLs with a lot of gold leakage like that, and the black legs reinforce that.

All EEs can look different. They can be mixed with just about anything. They technically are not a breed, just a cross that normally lays blue or green eggs.
