Wyandotte mix??

So I've got what I've been told were two gold laced wyandotte (one was a cull/ leg issues) . But one is looking quite different from the other.

Here's the normal one...

And here's gimpy

If you can see her wing tips are curved up. She is a bit younger/smaller because of the leg issues but shouldn't she have the lines down her back already?
