Yay! I'm Doing It!!

    So far for the year of 2009 i have lost 12lbs! [​IMG]

    i really think i can pull this off... my goal for 2009 is to loose 50lbs

    i hope i can stay on track.

    i have already started having people tell me my face looks thinner i don't have my snuggles cheeks on my face anymore ! LOL!

    and i went down 1 pants size! [​IMG]

    at first i wasn't loosing anything then my doctor said it was because i was gaining muscle then you will start to see weight loss on the scale and i have! i am so happy [​IMG]

    WAY TO GOOOOO!!! It feels good doesn't it. I'd started loosing last summer then stopped. Started again before christmas. When I went home (Missouri) my family could tell. What a great motivation. Be proud of yourself,,,I am!!!

    Great job!!! You should be very proud. My husband lost 30 lbs from aug to now. 20 more lbs the dr said he might be able to get off at least 1 of his 3 med's. Keep up the good work!!!

    it feels awesome! i don't know i just feel lighter on my feet and i am more active than i was and right now i have my mind set on dieting like i don't even think about fatty foods or take out none of that.. witch is a good thing.

    i could loose more weight but i only work out 3 times a week now i have to take it slow due to my asthma but so far so good [​IMG]

    i will keep you all updated!

    3 times a week is pretty darn good. It's better to loose it slowly anyway. Lets your body adjust and you'll keep it off easier. Great Job!!
