    Something white, possibly leghorn.
    What white egg laying breeds does the hatchery carry?

    Good chance they are white leghorns.

    They are from Hoover hatchery, they do have leghorns, I actually am hoping that's what they are, but they also carry 'white Californians, and some other breeds that are white with black markings.
