Yellow watery poop

My hen look sick and his poop is pale yellow watery and his crop food is not digesting . She look sick and not moving much tell me what happens to her . And she is 4 year old .

I'm sorry that your hen is not doing well.
Can you take her to a vet?

Photos of the poop and of your chicken may be helpful.
What type of food/treats do you feed?
When did she last lay an egg?
Does her breath have a sour odor or is it hard like it's impacted?

Her age, the crop not emptying along with yellow watery poop, she may be having reproductive problems. EYP, ascites, cancer, tumors and infection can cause some of the symptoms you are seeing.
