Is it safe for me to eat eggs layed by my hens who are eating medicated chick feed?

I have heard many conflicting answers.

I have 9 hens who are offered layer feed.

I have 7 chicks eating med. feed.

Now you all know, the big girls want in on that stuff---they eat anything.

Should I be tossing the eggs or not?

    Thanks all!

WHAT MEDICATION WAS IN THE FEED!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?

If it is Amprolium there is no issue with consuming the eggs.

I have to check the bag to see what medication is in the feed.
It's the Purina Medicated Chick Starter feed.
    I will look today.

    The feed store says:

DON'T EAT THE EGGS-Separate the chicks from the hen---

ok, right---anyone with chickens knows how completely impossible that is.

Low country---my hair has begun to turn gray and I cannot remember a GD thing anymore and I think I'm getting hot at night and I don't mean in a good way.

Maybe If I start eating the Medicated eggs all that will change?
