Yet another EE gender mystery

Looking for insights on gender for this little one. S/he is about 10-12 weeks old. Looks to me like she has a single comb (no evidence of three rows), her comb is pink but slower to color that the other EE I got at the same time, and her saddle feathers look round to me (see picture below). But the neck feathers, relative slowness to develop (seems about two weeks slower than her counterpart), and spunkiness give me pause. Thoughts?
