By discovered I mean the breeds popularity/existence outside of their home countries, or home regions. I was looking at the kadaknath breed from India and I want! I think I'm going to have to fly out there and bring some back in the 'ole backpack.

So, how many great breeds undiscovered outside of their region?

Smart *** :D A better question would be are there more amazing breeds out there that would make fantastic pets or good homested birds.

Try asking about less well known breeds, or breeds that haven't yet made it to the USA..

Agreed about the smart--- comment. I get that a lot.

Well, you are obviously linguistically gifted :) Less well known breeds sounds like a good plan. I feel the urge to go chicken hunting around the world.

As soon as I win the lottery, I'll go with you.

I saw some Pomeranian geese wandering around in the background in a film from Norway, and I want some of those. But I'm willing to look all over for something new to import. There have got to be a lot of efficient landrace birds behind the old Iron Curtain.
