Yeti is a rooster, yes?

This is Yeti, my first hatched baby. I think he is finally showing me his saddle feathers though he still has his cute little baby chirps. Rooster, yes?

Age and breed would be helpful. Appears to be a cockerel by the both the neck feathers and the saddle seen it's developing, but I am not familiar with the breed

Looks like a light brahma... not very well colored... I need the age please?

Age? I'm not convinced it is a cockerel by just the saddle but they do lead me to wonder.

Sorry! Totally forgot! Yet is 13.5 weeks. Breed is Brahma but daddy was a sliver laced Brahma, don’t know Brahma mom’s coloring, though I suspect light Brahma. There were white, blue, black moms.

do you have a pic of the comb?

I don't like the coloring on the face, but from the side, the comb is really small for a cockerel of that age.

Idk at that age. I'm at a loss. I see more pullet than cockerel but sure seems quite heavy saddle feathering to be sure!

Yeah, the color in the face makes me think cockerel, but the feathering and size of the comb and wattles makes me think pullet.

13.5 weeks is a little young still for saddle feathers to be showing in Brahmas. I'm on the fence... I couldn't say either way with any certainty as of now. Post updated pics in a couple weeks.

Brahma can be slow to mature, so it's a bit hard to say here.
