We just had our first Pekin duck hatch in the incubator, first time doing this! He came out and is rambling around the incubator, step all over the other eggs and shoving them around! What do we do now? How long do we leave him in there - 6 - 12 hrs? Then move to brooder, right? Also, there was a sac of "something" left in the egg, is this normal!
Any help appreciated!!

Some membrane left in the egg is normal. It can look like a little sac. As long as there is nothing hanging out of the baby, it's fine.

They will run around and bowl all the other eggs around - often it will help encourage the others out too. I'd not worry too much about that unless he's just really damaging the other eggs.

Leave him in there until he's well dried. A lot of folks leave the babies in there until the hatch is done. Everytime you open the bator, you lose humidity and temp and that can throw off the rest of the batch.

Congrats on the baby!
