You can eat eggs from a hen vaccinated against cocci, right?

This must be an absurd question, because several hatcheries are offering to vaccinate chicks against cocci, but is it safe to eat eggs from a hen that was vaccinated as a chick against cocci? I know it's a different medication, but aren't you supposed to not eat eggs from a hen that's been eating medicated (against cocci) feed?

The eggs are safe to eat.

Thanks! I assumed they must be, since the vaccine is becoming more and more available, but I got worried for a minute. :) Thank you!
