When a moth flies into my chicks brooder lol. I couldnt stop laugthing the first time it happened. We had the front door of are house opened in the evening for a while, it being so nice out and all, and a moth flew in and got attracted to the lights in the heat lamps by the chicks and a moth flew right into the chicks cage and they went wild, it was so funny, me and my husband was sitting there watching them and i couldnt stop laugthing, their so funny to watch, i didnt know they would all go so nuts over a flying moth, funny to watch lol. There was one certain chick that got me tickled the most, the moth flew right in front of the chicks face, almost landing on the chick and the chick acted like it was the happiest day of his life, and started going wild over it.

Try getting some small crickets ( after they have some grit that is) they will keep you entertained fro hours...

i never thought of using crickets and i bet it would be cute waching a chick chase a cricket around its brooder. thanks
