You've got to be kidding me???? It's not like this person was torturing an animal or putting it in a ring and forcing it to fight for their pleasure, or that it was even a bald eagle!!!! I'm sick of people being so spine-less and trying to get someone else in trouble for nothing. It was probably an owl and if it was a chicken hawk aka BOP, so what!!!! You want this person locked up in an overcrowded prison system so that our gigantic out of control federal government can then reform them???? The law was put in place to protect certain birds from over hunting and poaching, not to protect them from people trying to protect themselves or their property!!!!
