I put my four youngest (8-12 weeks) out in the flock a week ago. [IMG]

The two barred cockerels have it the worst. The brown Pullet has one crack that hasn't bled much and the lorp cockerel cross has perfect feet.

I'm thinking their feet are just dry, so they are cracking and bleeding. It's been cold here. I put Vaseline on them, and wrapped up the one cockerels feet the other day. I took of the wraps, as he isn't bleeding as much.

I need to rehome two of the cockerels before they get too big, and would like that they had okay feet before they leave :)

Massaging castor oil on them will help them. One of the pictures looks like the toe has been pecked.
