    I have raised chicks twice and have used red light both times. Worked well.

    I am using the red light. If one is bleeding, that will help to hide the wound and keep chicks from pecking at it (hopefully).....

    Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always hate it when the chicks kill the weakest one ....
