Young frizzle hen broody

Hi all, i have a young blue cochin frizzle pullet sitting on 2 eggs they are nice size and she is very broody i put food and water right next to her nest box the only thing is she scratched almost all the bedding out of her nest box. My question is how can i put some bedding back in without really disturbing her or the eggs? or will it be ok?
