So far, I'm loving how well my rooster fits into my flock of 16 hens/pullets. Last night, he broke up a squabble between 2 pullets. All he had to do was step near them, and give them the stink eye. They quickly decided they had better things to do. He occasionally gets greedy when the treats come out, but is more often stepping back and letting the girls have first dibs.

That is great to hear! My roosters alert the girls if he thinks danger is near. I have to pick one of them though to keep, "wimpy" or "popeye."
