I'm curious to hear about your chicken, duck, turkey, ect rescues. What happened? How did they end?? How are said rescues today?

I had a quail disappear for an entire day and night and showed up next to the pen in the morning. We have coyotes, bobcats, vultures, hawks, snakes, squirrels (they are also a predator to quail). I searched for him for hours and was certain he flew too far, but he did come back and is still alive today. His children have also just hatched in the incubator.
