    Ok well IF you have ordered chicks(especially if its from IDEA)L this is the post for you!!!

    I was wondering

    DO you have a packing peanut Roo, that is actually a Pullet/hen??? ANd are the packing peanuts always the gender that is indicated????

    I've never had packing peanuts before, but McMurray sent me a free rare chick and it turned out to be a bantam buff cochin hen. She is just a real sweety.

    Has anyone had have a paking peanut sent as a supposed male, acutally turn to be a female???

    I didn't get any "packing peanuts" [​IMG] ( I love that term) because I ordered 26 PULLETS from Ideal. Two of these pullets did turn out to be roos though. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
