I want to see your turkey, fresh from the oven and ready serve.

Show off those cooking skills everyone.

I'll be sliding mine into the oven just shortly for about 10 - 12 hours of cooking time.

I have the pre-preparations of my turkey on my blog today.

I started my brine early yesterday morning.

I will update my post when my turkey comes out of the oven.

Get those cameras out and start posting your before and afters.

We're having mussels, lobster and pork loin. Should I post that pic on BackyardLobsters.com instead?

Angie feels like she is starving. I think I have a couple pounds of shrimp in the freezer. Guess what's for dinner?? And it ain't beef!
