We ate our very first eggs today for breakfast. We kept it simple, scrambled in a little butter. After the first bite, DH and I both said "So that's what an egg is supposed to taste like!" Not to mention the vibrant yellow color of them.

Thank you to my dear little pullet, Rose. You may be the smallest, shyest and least flashy of our small flock, but honey, you lay one fantastic egg!!
