My daughter in Zanesville Ohio wants a roo, can anyone tell me if it’s legal to have a rooster inside the city limits!!! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!

If she is in the city limits, you need to get a copy of the ordinances from city hall to know for sure.
I had an acquaintance from Zanesville who had roosters but I don't know if she was in the city limits or outside of town.
