I've had my Zo for around 15 years. I've never made raisin bread with it until last week. If flopped and I even used the recipe in the Zo book. The raisins all clumped at the bottom and the loaf came out uneven with spikes on it! Regular bread loaves (whole wheat or white) always come out great. My machine makes 2 lb. loaves. Any ideas or other proven recipes for cinnamon raisin bread?
