My dad and I are deliberating over what kind of tree or trees to get. We're pretty focused on plum and/or apple at this point. A concern of ours is their growing to be 35ft tall and barely being able to harvest anything.
My dad found dwarf apple trees online that claim to grow a maximum size of 5'-7', is this true? I know sellers will do this with "micro" pigs and they'll just keep growing. SpringHillNursery . c om is selling them and will ship them "bare root", in a dormant state, and 2-5 years from bearing fruit.
Any direction would be appreciated! We're looking to plant in an area with full sun.
