We have repurposed our 14 x 22 tractor shed (in the background of the pic) into a 24 x 22, 3 pen chicken coop.
Our first coop was a 10 x 12 made from osb on a dirt floor. We had such an awful experience with the floor that this new coop is on concrete.

Each pen is 7x8, made with 2x4 livestock fencing and the bottom is covered with plastic mesh to keep the peeps in and no fighting through the fence.
The first two have 3 hole nest boxes and the last (bantams) has a 4 hole box. Built with salvage ¾ plywood.
We used bowl style autowaterers in the old coop, which leaked repeatedly so we are using nipples in this one. They DO leak! I don’t care what you use you will have a water leaking issue.
We have plans to put a drip catch under these (4in drain pipe cut in half with a drain ran outside)
To keep the air moving we use an ac blower.
The roost is a simple 2x4 with 2 hooks on the ends, hooked onto the welded wire fencing.
These gate latches are now my favorite; they have a lot of play in them so you don’t have to redo them every month.
The run is 10 foot wide (still needs to be divided) made with chain-link fencing from the old coop.
Each pen has a storm door access to the run though the bottom. I got these from a salvage center for $10 each because the bottom panels were knocked out.
The other side will be used for future incubators, but for now, it is storing building material. We have 4x8 sheets of white shower board that will cover the center wallAnd we still need to decide on the front door issue, 1 door or 2 , sliding or hinged…. We have a glass sliding patio door that was given to us…possibly?... but who knows
