| Additional Information | Although the town website does not provide the entire \\\"Unified Development Ordinance\\\", the draft chapter revision provides in its Definitions that a \\\"Farm, Bona Fide: Shall mean any tract of land containing at least three acres which is used for dairying or for the raising of agricultural products...or poultry, and which may include facilities for the sale of those products from the premises where produced; nevertheless, the definition of FARM shall not include commercial poultry and swine production...\\\" |
