Coop RestrictionsHen house shall be no less than 50 feet from any dwelling, no less than 20 feet from any public way and no less than 50 feet from an abutter. Poultry must be kept within the confines of a fence, pen, corral or other type of enclosure approved by the Board of Health. Any such enclosure must be a minimum of 20 feet from a public way, 50 feet from a well, steam or other water supply, 50 feet from a dwelling or commercial building and 50 feet from a property line.
