Additional Information | 6.04.010 Keeping within city--Nuisance designated. No person shall keep within the city any cows, cattle, horses, mules, swine, sheep, goats or fowl, including chickens, ducks, geese, guinea hens, pigeons, or other similar fowl. The keeping of the animals and fowls as aforesaid shall constitute and is hereby declared to be a nuisance and the person who shall permit same upon his or her property or property over which he or she has control or right of control shall be deemed the author of a nuisance.
