help with breed identification

Hi! I am new to the chicken world, starts in May. I starts with pullets, mainly barred rock and black sex link. Can anyone tell me what kind of pullet this is? It looks like there is barred rock. Any help identifiing my "mutt" would be appreciated, lol!

I think there's some barred rock in there, but I'm not sure what else!
How old is it? If it's not laying yet then that's a cockerel...sorry :-/

I think it's about 16 weeks. I know I have a RIR rooster that is about 20 weeks. He crows and is starting to dance for some of the girls and chase them around. I have been wondering if this white one is a cockerel. There is one other that is a cross that I'm wondering if it's a cockerel too. It's about the same size as the white one too. Any
other opinions on if is is a male or female would be greatly appreciated!

It could be an off-marked Delaware, if it came from a hatchery. Or simply a mixed breed with barred heritage.
