Knox County, TN Roosters

Does anyone know what the law is around owning roosters in Knox County, TN? I know they are not allowed in Knoxville City limits but I'm am unclear about the county.

I don't see anything in ordinance against it. There is of course a animal noise ordinance and well defined for time intervals of disturbance to be in violation.

My aunt and uncle live in Maryville. There are cockerels and cock birds all around Knox county.
