Large breast on chicken

Our chicken is about 18wks old and has a huge breast. I picked her up this morning and it seems to feel like a tumor or a fluid filled sac. Does anyone have experience with this? She acts completely normal. What should we do?

Could it be the crop?

Do nothing if the Bird is fine.....Possibly drank lots of water, ate.....Full crop.....

So I have isoletted her in a cage and she has only had water for 1.5 days. She is pooping and drinking. She acts totally fine but her crop doesn't feel full but still has stuff in there. It is also kind of pendulous and loose. Any help???
