I noticed blood in the brooder.. pretty sure it's just from one little guy so far. If you look at my other posts you'll see that I could not find chick starter ANYWHERE, so I have them on grower- and the feed store only had unmedicated. I know there's lots of people that choose to go the unmedicated route.. what do you do if you see blood? How do I treat this? It's not ceacal. It's blood. I noticed it on the shavings in the tiniest amounts, and when I put them back in the brooder this morning after cleaning it, I saw what I believe to be a cockerel buff Orpington poop, and it was definitely bloody. Will any feed store sell Corid or does it have to be special ordered? I just feed awful that I couldn't find medicated to begin with...
