Do I need to fix this?

I have had chickens with toes like that. My best opinion is to fix it so they don't end up with long term problems with their toes. What I have done is a couple times a day, straighten out their toes so that they are normal look. If you don't want todo that, another option is to take a small thin piece of cardboard and cut it the size of their foot, and then tape their toes to it. This may be uncomfortable for them but it does work.
