HELP! Chick not growing?

Hi, I have become concerned about one of my coturnix chicks. He/she(have to wait a little longer to tell) has only grown a little bit from when it hatched. It and its 4 siblings are all 2 weeks old. It is developing almost normally, pin and flight feathers coming in, eating, drinking, etc, just not growing. Any ideas? I am thinking some kind of birth defect?

I'm so sorry, I just found this thread and was going to suggest Sav-a-Chick. I truly am sorry for the loss though.
