Egg pipped at wrong end

My eggs started hatching last night, but this morning one of the chicks pipped at the wrong end. What should I do

Reach into the incubator and raise the pipped end on this egg. Having it sitting in an egg carton or piece of one will help keep that end elevated.

Ok, leave it alone now and just wait. I've had eggs hatch out the bottom without any help from me. Keep us posted on how its going, ok?

The chick has made its hole a little bigger, every now and then I hear it peep, and through the hole that the chick made in the membrane I can see it breathing.

That's very good. Let it be and it should hatch on its own.

It took her all day and all night and part of the morning, but she hatched, and she did it all by herself

The most important thing is to just let the chick hatch on its own. Raise the pipped end by setting it into an egg carton compartment and leave it alone. You'll want to have the pip spot in the highest possible position as water (or any other fluid) goes to the lowest areas.
