Sprouting Seed Source

I'm looking into sprouting seeds and beans for my chickens and was wondering if this would be a good source to purchase seeds for sprouting? Are their prices ok? We don't have a whole lot of options around here and usually have to order everything.

I am new to sprouting but this is where I get my Barley from and it does great the girls love it.

I get my seeds for sprouting at the feed store. I get wheat instead of barley. I found the barley to be stinky.. I grew mine out for about 7 days and would have a nice block of grass to give my girls . There is a great thread on growing fodder you should read it.. It has great information.

I have looked into fodder and would one day like to get a system set up, but I'm having to start off slow and small for now and thought sprouts would be easier.
So far we haven't found anything at the nearby feed stores that we've needed.
