Peck marks? Something worse?

When I let the ladies and gent out today noticed my RIR had these wart looking things on her comb. Looking closer they might be peck marks? She's the dominant female between my two hens and can get a little aggressive... maybe my easter egger is fighting back? Or does this look like something else?
