Help please my boy pigeon is sick.

I have a boy pigeon and he has started to make noise as he is breathing
He is backing to,it sounds like it's in his lungs.
He was eating or picking at things silve lapped,now
He is growing as he is breathing all the time now
But this sound as he has wather in his lungs.
