Teeth?

One of my chicks hatched with teeth! How do I get rid of these teeth?

I think I exaggerated a bit. They're not really teeth, it's just an egg tooth that didn't fall out. Sorry for the commotion. I was just wondering what to do.

Ohhhhh. I thought that might be the case, but was quite intrigued. But normally a chick just has one egg tooth, and it falls off in a few days to a week. Is it/they still there? Was there more than one? If so, where exactly was the second,third,etc one?? Pictures available?
