Oh my gosh....I'm in shock! This is just the "icing on the cake" on a really fun and educational project! Thank you everyone and thanks for a fabulous forum for all the help, sharing, and knowledge being a part of it has meant to me!

It isn't an exact science, but we run all the coops through multiple review processes from a bunch of people and then aggregate all the rankings and look at the degree of variance between all the reviews for a specific coop. The reviews are based primarily on the items mentioned in the very first post and we try VERY hard to make sure the "cuteness" or how "pretty" or "fancy" the coop looks isn't a deciding factor. We mostly look for coops that are unique, have a lot of helpful information, detailed clear pictures, etc.

It definitely isn't an easy process and gets harder and harder each time!
